Richard Puchowicz

Richard Puchowicz is an experienced trial attorney whose practice if focused on matters involving complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, where he has represents individuals in lawsuits involving motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, and workplace accidents. In the commercial context, Rich has represented small business and individuals in a wide variety matters involving breach of contract, construction liens, fraud, foreclosure, landlord/tenant disputes, non-compete agreements, wage and hour claims, entity formation, entity governance, and entity dissolution. Approximately one-third of attorney Puchowicz’s practice is devoted to family law. His experiences ranges from uncontested and amicable divorces and legal separations to fiercely contested proceedings involving the division of substantial marital proper, alimony, child support, child custody, and visitation.

Richard Puchowicz is admitted to practice in Maryland, New York, and Connecticut. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
